In the coming years many companies will be facing a change of ownership and/or a successional change where structured planning is necessary to ensure a successful transaction. Planning may involve a change of management and new investments to ensure a favourable market position and income (company value). DMC is able to make direct equity investments and together with the current owner prepare for a well structured change of ownership. As value increases, the current owner will be reaping the vast majority of the value created.
DMC also provides financial advisory services without direct equity investments.
