Chairman of the board in Tower Group A/S, Scandinavian Private Equity A/S and deputy chairman in Føroya Banki. Extensive experience within assurance: 13 years in Codan (7 years as CEO) and 15 years in Baltica/Danica. Responsible for the merger of Codan and Hafnia as well as Baltica Liv & Pension and Statsanstalten for Livsforsikring.

Trained engineer and director in Strukton Railinfra A/S. Extensive experience within restructuring and organizational development. 23 years in the Carl Bro Group (9 years as CEO). Managing Director in Banedanmark (2003-05) and responsible for converting Banestyrelsen into a state-owned company.
Flemming C. Pedersen (1964), CEO
Holds a MSc (econ.). 20 years of experience from international financing and advisory services. 12 years in BG Bank with responsibility for the international division and 7 years as managing director in Gudme Raaschou Bankaktieselskab/HSH Corporate Finance.
Jørgen Beuchert (1958), director
Holds a MSc (finance). 30 years of bank experience: Debt financing of companies and international acquisitions. 15 years in ABN AMRO (9 years abroad in the Netherlands, Kenya and Sweden). Member of the management team from 1995. 5 years in HSH Nordbank with responsibility for export, financing of projects and establishment of Nordic leveraged finance team.
